What I'd like you to know:

Yoga has taught me that our only job in this life is to look inward and simply inquire about all that we are seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, feeling...experiencing. Just to ask, that is all. If we are quiet enough, and still enough, we may be lucky enough to hear the answers.

Loren stresses the importance of breath awareness and focuses on alignment, bringing the body’s natural movements into synchronicity with it’s natural breath. Loren tries to balance stretching and strengthening and may include Pranayama (breath exercise), Yoga Nidra (Yogi sleep) for healing and ultimate relaxation, Meditation, Marma therapy (energy work), Mantra (chanting), Pratyahara (removal of senses) and so much more. Each session or class is unique to the needs of the student(s).
